1Card Transaction Fees

Save on fees every time your sales grow. The higher the total turnover across all your payment devices in a given month, the better percentage rate you get.
- The fee is calculated for each calendar month separately. You always start a new month in tier I with a rate of 0.59%. Once you exceed the higher turnover threshold, we automatically move you to a more favorable tier, which applies until the end of that month. At the beginning of the next month, the turnover counter resets to zero.

2Fees for Provided Devices
- Run your terminals and gateways more affordably thanks to tiered monthly flat fees. For the first 10 devices, you pay 200 CZK per piece per month; for each additional device, the fee decreases. The more devices you operate with us, the less you pay for each additional one.

To which account will my revenues be credited?
When will the money arrive in my account?
We send the money from both the payment gateway and the terminal to your account the very next morning after the daily closure is performed (i.e., D+1). On your account statement, you will see the funds clearly organized in bulk packages based on card types (Mastercard and VISA separately) and whether it was a domestic, foreign, or Fio banka card.
How daily closures work:

Payment gateway: Closes automatically every day at 10:00 PM. Everything paid by your customers up to this hour will be in your account the very next day.

Payment terminal: The daily closure takes place automatically every day between 0:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Simply leave the terminal turned on or powered, connected to the internet, and with a sufficient roll of receipt paper. You can also perform the closure manually at any time.

How does the terminal installation work and how should I prepare for it?
Stationary terminal (Ingenico Desk 3200)
- Have a sufficiently long network cable ready that reaches the spot where the terminal will permanently stand. To ensure a trouble-free installation, the technician may need to verify specific network settings—such as static IP address details, allowed firewall ports, etc. We supply the stationary terminal with a "magic box," which is a component of the payment terminal that allows it to be connected to the network and the telecommunications line.
Portable terminal (Ingenico Move 2500)
- When installing a portable terminal, please obtain and prepare a data SIM card in advance.
Integration with POS, accounting, or warehouse systems: Integration of the fixed terminal is possible based on the Ingenico IFSF communication protocol, without the involvement of Fio banka. We recommend checking integration compatibility with your system provider beforehand. Potential incompatibility is not a valid reason for terminating the contract free of charge. The portable terminal cannot be integrated with these systems.
