What are the requirements to get a Fio loan approved?

• You hold a current account with us in Czech crowns (individual – consumer)
• Your account receives regular income (e.g. salary, pension, business income)
• You have an unblemished credit history

You can simply apply for an installment loan in Internetbanking (+New product) or Smartbanking (section My Fio > +New product). We will automatically assess your request and everything can be processed within a few moments. Of course, you can also apply for a loan at any of our branches.

What to Do If You Get into Trouble Repaying Your Loan

• If you do not have enough funds to repay your loan, start addressing the situation immediately.
• Visit a branch, call our helpline at +420 224 346 800, or write to us via Fio Service directly within internet banking so we can start finding a solution together.
• We deal with each case individually. Possible solutions may include, for example, deferring your installments or reducing their amount by extending the loan maturity period.
